Cozy lower level Ohana apartment, with ocean view, in our home on our 4 acre family farm in the Ohia cloud forest of Kaloko Mauka. We are located at 2,000 feet up enjoying cooler weather and a unique microclimate just above Kona. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to Costco and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to Kona town. It is a private one bed, one bath with its own separate entrance and parking. It has a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, and a mini washer and dryer.

Pool (completely redone in July 2024), BBQ, great location on Ali'i Drive across from Banyans surf beach. 10 minutes drive from Magic Sands, Kahalu'u Beach and Downtown Kona. 1 bdrm, washer/dryer/dishwasher. 2 A/C units, kitchen, bathroom, shower. Wi-fi, cable/smart TV. King Bed, sofa bed, snorkel gear. Price includes 17.5% hotel/STVR tax. We have all permits to operate as vacation rental including those required by Bill 108.

Relaxing Tropical Retreat close to Kailua Kona

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.

Aloha! Our guest suite is the perfect stop if you are looking for a short drive to the airport and beaches. We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.
