Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Closest Studio Nest to the Staubbach waterfall

The nest located within Chalet Staubbach is adjacent to the famous Staubbach waterfall. The stream from the waterfall runs through the properties garden. The nest is a perfect base for skiing/sledging/hiking in the winter and for hiking, mountain biking and generally exploring the area in the summer. The nest is a leisurely 40 minute walk from the amazing Trummelbach falls. Also being 50m from Camping Jungfrau means there is a shop, bar and restaurant next door offering takeaway or eat in.

Our apartment is named Truemmelbach. It is located in the Lauterbrunnen valley, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the jungfrau region. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. You will stay in the ground floor of a 3 floor Swiss Chalet. From the huge private terrace, facing the south, you can enjoy the most spectacular view to the Swiss mountains and you will hear nothing but cowbells, sheeps & singing birds.

Guests will have their own accommodation on the second floor of a 3-family house in the typical Bernese chalet style. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and provides a new kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom, floor heating and a sleeping and living area. Freshly renovated, modern and comfortably furnished apartment on the second floor of Chalet Wyssefluh. Small balcony with direct views of the imposing Eiger. The location is very well served by public transport and car. The chalet is located at the end of the village center, only about 300m from the valley station of the Firstgondel. A downhill run of the First ski area ends 200m from the apartment. We see our own garage with charging facilities for electric cars as an additional plus.

The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.

Absolutely the best view in all of Lauterbrunnen!

The Chalet "Wasserfallhüsli" is centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and probably offers the most spectacular view in all of Lauterbrunnen. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.
