This centrally located beach house with wood-burning stove is close to the sea, the dunes, shops, climbing valley, the woods, Fort Kijkduin, the climbing tower and the whaler's village of Huisduinen. The garden has multiple seating options, an organic vegetable garden where you can pick your own vegetables and tea ( depending on the season). You share this house with sweet cat Jibbels. The photo is of the garden in which the covered hosje is to have a delicious breakfast or watch the colors of the sunset.

Our lovely white house is 2blocks away from the sea. On the patio you can hear the waves if the wind is onshore. The house is an example of our design&architecture work; newly built in 2017, based on the original fishing 1880 house. Decorated with Scandinavian vintage furniture and wooden doors. A cozy vacation home perfectly located near the beach (200 m), the dunes (25 m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300 m). The house is nicely decorated for up to 2 adults and 2 children. From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room through a spacious hallway. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxurious kitchen. From the hall, you can also reach the first floor in the room with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and linen closet.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Slechts een steenworp van het strand vind je dit "vakantie" huis. Een huis om tot rust te komen. Het huis bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een volledig ingericht verblijf. Romantisch verblijf voor 2 maar leent zich ook voor ouders met 1 of 2 kinderen. Of 3 volwassenen. Er is in het woon gedeelte een bank als extra slaapplek. (In slaapkamer extra kinder matras mogelijk). Er is parkeergelegenheid voor onze gasten bij het huis, de kosten zijn 20,- per nacht)
