This yellow and cozy little house in the midst of abundant nature has 2 suites and 1 bedroom with access to the social bathroom. Equipada with stove, minibar and microwave. Beautiful location on the 13th floor and has elevators and concierge gatehouse 24hs. The apartment is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms, 2 double beds and a sofa, it also has 2 single mattresses. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils. The condominium has free parking, security cameras and automatic gates. A queen-size double bed and a single bed with a murphy bed below, private bathroom. We have a small hot tub, a nature walk, access to a dam with a deck and kayaks, and a speedboat ride.
