A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Come for a little party in the middle of the countryside! An old farm on its own with modern amenities! The closest neighbor is 600m. Two bedrooms and sleeping places for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and Aito heater. Large terrace with lots (not to be used in cold weather). Inside there is a separate toilet and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine in the basement. 600 m to shore with swimming place and rowing boat.

Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Welcome to enjoy stunning scenery and tranquility in the middle of the woods, by a beautiful lake. Even though it's a holiday village, it's still incredibly peaceful. There's plenty of soothing nature around. The apartment's large windows have stunning views of nature, and the glazed terrace offers fine sunsets. Cute, small cottage on the shore of clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and nature with its landscapes is second to none. Sauna, swim, take a hot tub, or take a canoe trip. Or just hang out on the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite sudden, so it's not suitable for young children. A lot heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linens and towels are ready at the cottage. Warmly welcome!
