Hurricane Milton Update: This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is Guest Ready & perfect for FEMA Workers, NGOs, Adjusters, Contractors and Locals whose homes have been damaged. This condo was not affected by the storm and the only amenity that we cannot offer at this time is the pool. Community Cleanup efforts are in full swing, daily regenerating the landscape, clearing debris & opening of beaches. Local establishments are also starting to open their doors for business and welcome your support.

This cozy 2 bedroom & 1 bath downstairs getaway has a huge covered 400 sq. ft. deck & ocean views. Toes hit the sand off the deck & just past the dunes is the Gulf! 1 wk stay for holidays + holiday rates. Decorative items removed due to COVID. Pics are preCovid, but cottage is still very cute! If guest loses house key, guest responsible for expense of locksmith, new locks, and new keys.

Spectacular beach to bay views from this resort.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.
