Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

La Grancevola is a gorgeous apartment with balcony

This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay.
