It is a pretty house by the sea, an ocean front, and a nice sunrise and sunset. It is a private accommodation 5 minutes away from the sea, and it is an excellent place to spend time with your family. There is a separate bedroom on the first floor so that there is no inconvenience for more than two families. In the sea in front of the accommodation, you can enjoy marine sports such as windsurfing and fishing. You can enjoy meals and barbecue (available in winter) in the folding door area on the first floor. There is a hole-in-the-wall beach with a forest of solstice trees within a 5-10 minute walk. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is based on a clean white and mint color, accented with the intense and humid paintings of Botero for a high visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. The living room has a table and chairs for 12 people and a fluffy goose down cushion.
