Located in the heart of Itacaré - downtown, Casa do Ben is one street from the waterfront, a 5-10 minute walk from Concha beach and a 10-15 minute walk from Resende, Tiririca, Costa and Ribeira beaches. At the beginning of the street (+/-150 meters) is the Cachorros square, Rua da Pituba and Passarela da Vila (main streets of shops, bars and restaurants). The architectural design prioritized the circulation of natural air and communication between common areas, providing a sense of freedom and warmth.

We are 5 mins walk to the main street and very close to the beaches!! Located on a quiet, easily accessible street! Casa Patu is a very charming, spacious and cozy house! We have 3 suites with air conditioning and wifi! Equipped kitchen, maid on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, indoor and outdoor room, garden and swimming pool! Our bedrooms are large and ventilated! My space is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and groups of up to 8 people.

The house is outside town on the way to Jeribucacu Beach. It has a small pool (jacuzzi) for 5 people, a small floral garden with some trees, a covered garage to your car and a barbecue place. The street is really calm, where everyone knows each other. You may wake up with birds singing around the house. The house is fully furnished.
