Best Beach Location in Isla Verde!

With a functional and fresh feeling decor, this fully equipped apartment is an excellent option for beach lovers seeking a romantic or relaxing get-away. The apartment has a side ocean view from the balcony but, the building is ocean front property. All you need to do is open the rear gate and step right onto the beach you see in the picture. There are hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes from the airport! Street parking only.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Three good reasons to select our apartment: 1). Nice apartment, clean and safe condo, excellent location, close to the top hotels, casinos, restaurants, bar, stores and beach. 2). The apartment was completely remodeled. 3). Enjoy morning of beautiful sea view from the bedroom, lying in bed, or from the balcony. At night, sit on the balcony to admire the lighting of the city, San Juan Hotel, people walking in the area, or just take the elevator down to enjoy the social life of Isla Verde.

Check-in at 4:00p, Check-out 11am…No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment, just in the balcony and the door must be closed and ash tray used.

Updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C, and all the cooking tools, It is located right next to the Ritz Carlton in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Kids friendly beach the apartment is very spacious for the kids.
