THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING, TV, WASHING MACHINE AND ALL THE COMFORT YOU MAY WISH. THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED ABOUT 300 METERS FROM THE MAIN STREET OF ISCHIA WHERE THERE ARE ALL TYPES OF STORES, CLUBS, BARS, RESTAURANTS, PIZZA RESTAURANTS, CLUBS, TENNIS DIVING TENNIS, SPA ETC. A PARKING AREA IS AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM THE HOUSE. THE AREA IS WELL SERVED BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT, IN FACT THE BUS STOP IS JUST FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT. A FREE BEACH IS JUST UNDER THE HOUSE. Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
