You will have the entire apartment. It’s 10 minutes drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the Irvine Spectrum. The place is sanitized thoroughly after each guest! No party, and no smoking (this includes no e-cigarettes, no vaping, no traditional smoking), permitted. The condo has another separate private downstairs unit with a separate entrance. There is a camera outside of the building in the yard to more protection.
