Secure sanctuary with privacy fence. With all the comforts of home with a smart TV, full kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. The sofa does not make into a bed. Tucked away you'll find the home on the dead end of a road on a double lot. Wonderful privacy in the pool area/backyard. This newly renovated ranch is super comfortable and has an easy floor plan. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. The studio next door is owners quarters, with no shared walls, it is separated by the carport as seen in the pictures. Guests always have exclusive unshared access to the pool and lanai area.
