Apt with air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room and large rooms, all renovated. Double Bedroom with Queen bed, state-of-the-art spring mattress and 200-wire sheets. Both rooms equipped with anti-noise windows. Full kitchen. Great location: it is on the beach and the surroundings are full of restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, craft fair, mother church, all done on foot. Parking is less than 100m away and is included in the price.

Paraíso no centro de Ubatuba

Bem no centro de Ubatuba, um oásis de paz no mangue. A casa de pescador original foi adaptada com grandes janelas e portas de vidro para que os pássaros e vegetação sejam parte constante da rotina. Uma grande suite com vista, uma espaçosa sala-cozinha com projetor de filmes cercam o coração da casa: uma varanda com uma grande mesa, sofá e rede. Alem disso, um escritório também com vista e uma suite para o jardim em formação. O rio, infelizmente, ainda não é próprio para mergulho.
