Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

The house has: 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, all with air conditioning, ceiling fan, clothes rack, Living room with ceiling fans and mezzanine. Social bathroom, kitchen, balcony, laundry, gourmet space with barbecue and bathroom. We leave toilet paper, soap and detergent, we just don't replace it. Kitchen with all utensils, plus a super nice pool and garden view. We offer full bedding and bath towels (all sanitized for each client). We look forward to your visit.

This is a beautiful and comfortable front beach house, right on sand, only 6 km from old town. Very easy access by car or buses every 1/2 hour. You can take a private boat trip from the beach directly in front of the villa. Spacious and airy house with 4 ensuites.
