I don't offer room service, such as a sheet towel, etc...(but if there is an emergency), I can assist at the moment.

For those who like nature and do not care about luxury, this house will be your refuge from the rush of big city. It's just cross the avenue and you'll be on the beach and the Araçá Dunas are a 4 minute walk to the beach. Away from the agitation and agglomerations of people and in contact with nature. The immense terrain allows children to play and the whole family can enjoy the beach 20 m away. BBQ grill at the top of the house, with views of the surroundings, quiet and quiet place.

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen integrated with the barbecue. In the back, we have an in-law with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers open spaces for 3 cars. The balcony house has full sea views and 2 hammocks. Windows with railings. Security cameras.

Relax in this unique and quiet place. This tiny house has some simple furniture (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, stove, minibar). In the back is the beach 50 meters away. It has a private access only for our guests and the beach in this space is almost deserted. In the back you can also access the Dunes. You'll be surprised! Come visit this paradise and at the end of the day be surprised by a beautiful sunset in the Dunes, which is in the back of the House.

Sobrado, 100 meters from the beach, 3 bedrooms being 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, dining and living room w/tv, cooked kitchen, balcony with barbecue, stove, wood oven, all rooms on the ground floor and with fans, laundry. Spacious backyard, with shower, sleeps more than 4 cars. Ideal house to spend a few days in the middle of nature next to the beach and the river. Pets are welcome, but a fee is charged for the stay.
