在這層空間的租借是一個樓層的使用權（有付費的人使用，絕對不要在房間或者廁所抽菸）因為煙味下一個客人沒有要承受臭味的義務如果要在房間及廁所抽菸拜託你不要來這邊，這個空間可以睡八個人，也可以更多。費用收取的標準是（每人）只要是人都會收費。不接受寵物型家人真的很抱歉。因為還有其它樓層的租客，所以非常的抱歉不歡迎他還小不付費的家長或小孩（不管幾歲在父母心中都是小孩），非常抱歉不歡迎不付費的訪客或者朋友來以免造成房東的困擾，如果不能接受微薄利潤讓房東賺取，請不要承租造成彼此的不高興。不歡迎一下子或者等等就走，未付費請不要進屋，很抱歉本人非常厭惡慷他之慨。非常抱歉要用這麼白話的方式說明。所有事情一開始講清楚比較好才不會有很多人用奇怪的方式解釋，能接受真的非常歡迎來玩。*每日都有提供礦泉水（每人每瓶）盥洗用具及牙刷（包含牙膏）拋棄式大小毛巾。我們都是使用薄的棉被所以習慣開冷氣很冷一定要蓋厚棉被的人請跳過這邊。如果續住請把垃圾拿到一樓門口內，晚上我都會去收，所有旅客支付的費用不包含有將房間亂弄的費用（我只是將場地借給你）不是弄亂清潔的費用這要說清楚。垃圾一定會放垃圾桶裡面，不要的東西請丟垃圾桶。
