Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

We are renting a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30m2 apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is located on the ground floor (no steps), the free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Only three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live upstairs.

The studio is renovated and furnished in July 2020. The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The bedroom area has a double bed (180x200cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooking the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The train line is located in sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. Trains run from midnight onwards and nightlife is guaranteed.
