40 m from the lake and the bay. Large single-family home in child-friendly surroundings. Private UTV hot tub. Can provide up to 12 beds. Large new outdoor living room with terrace heater and new fire pit at the back of the house. New outdoor kitchen with gas grill Buried trampoline, outdoor toys and a large sandbox in the garden. Bikes in different sizes can be borrowed. Lots of toys and PlayStation, climbing wall and turn bar for kids in the loft We have a fish pond in the garden. There is the possibility that a boat can be rented. Panorama Hotel and Resort are 10 min away.

Great hiking opportunities right outside the door and walking distance to Utstein monastery. 1 hour drive to Pulpit Rock.

Bright and cozy Funkis style single-family home from the 1960s- 4 bedroom. The house is high and free with stunning views of the city fjord and Bergen. Bathing area and outdoor area across the street . Great hiking terrain with easy access to the city mountains. There is a short distance (5 min) walk to the bus and grocery. Only a 7-minute drive from the City Centre, Bus No. 12 and No. 19 leave from Festplassen.Good outdoor areas with several terraces and an outdoor living room under the roof. Parkering on property. We rent out our leisure place with a very close to the sea, rural and unspoilt location just before Hellesøy in Øygarden, about 1 hour drive from Bergen. Great hiking opportunities in the area, fishing opportunities close to the house and possibility of boat rental nearby. If you arrive in a boat or rent one, this can be moored at the quay below the house. Here you can relax and enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace while the sun goes down🌞A patio with fire pan and sitting area, and terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi.
