The Boat Shed nestles under a large ancient Monterey Pine at the bottom of our garden in the beautiful village of Findhorn. Less than two minutes from Findhorn Bay and a ten minute walk to the beach on the Moray Firth. Guests have their own access and sole use of the Boat Shed. Just a short walk to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, shop and Marina. Perfect for a short break or holiday. The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen, bathroom.Please check the house rules, additional information section for any questions you might have which could help when looking to book. Distilleries are all around the area in Speyside and Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk . I visit my guests to say a quick hello.

Cheerful unique 2bedroom cottage with free parking

Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.
