Stunning Home with Big Outdoor Spaces and Living Areas

Centrally located, this Stunning Family Getaway has been fully fitted out with everything you need during your Nelson holiday! The master bedroom is completely self-contained to provide a feeling of retreat for the adults after a busy day exploring. The lounge-dining area is open plan to feel like the hub of the house. An outdoor dining area has been created on the back deck to make the most of the Nelson sunshine during the day, and to enjoy by fairy-light after dark. There's plenty of off-road parking in addition to the backyard, which has plenty of space for families and friends to spread their wings or kick a ball around. There's also the added bonus of three local schools a few hundred metres away should the children (or adults!) want to shoot some hoops or have a hit of tennis. We've supplied some wet weather activities for amusing the kids, along with a selection of books, puzzles, board games and balls to help keep them entertained while you relax and indulge during your stay. The house is a 4 bedroom home which has been fully renovated for the sole purpose of hosting guests thru AirBnB. Located on Sutton Street, it is less than 5 minutes drive to the local town of Richmond. Nelson city itself is just a 12 minute drive away, with the well-known Tahunanui Beach and picturesque Rocks Road enroute. Our town provides wonderful artisans, cafes, restaurants, and views. Walks on the beach, through the bush and internationally renowned Abel Tasman, and abundant mountain biking tracks are all within easy access. We have both lived in Nelson all our lives so if it's a walking track, a winery visit, a local day trip, a specific dining experience or just general local knowledge or the region, we're your people! Any help with information happily shared, though also happy to leave you to your private time. Richmond Mall is within easy walking distance of here, and offers everything from clothing and jewellery boutiques to supermarkets and a food court, plus a nearby Kmart. Go biking in Richmond's Silvan Forest, just 3 kilometres away. There is a bus stop about 7-8 minutes away at Salisbury Dairy. A local bus timetable is available at the house.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

A Gorgeous rural retreat on our hobby farm, plenty of animals await you. 5 minutes from Richmond. Peace and tranquillity in this private setting. You will have your own separate cottage with parking and own front lawn. The cottage is two storied with a bedroom upstairs- King bed. Lounge/dinning room and kitchen consisting of fridge, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, jug and basic kitchen supplies (bench oven ) bathroom- shower, toilet , Laundry- with washing machine. Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Private well appointed studio set on 15 acres of vineyard and surrounded by hills and rivers. Ideal for walks, swimming and close to the Nelson bike trail. We are 20 minutes from Nelson city by car and 15 minutes to Nelson Airport. We are 5 to 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the region and just minutes away from surrounding wineries and 20 minutes from the beaches. Handy to Able Tasman National Park and other attractions. A continental breakfast is provided.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water fifty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.
