Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. You can easily paddle your way to seven sisters springs with the kayaks on site, or bring your boat and park it at the home for your weekend stay! (Must be smaller boat no t-tops. Cook your catch on the backyard bbq or sit by the fire pit! On those rainy days sit on the back screened in patio. The home is close to old Homosassa and Crystal river. Also minutes to the suncoast parkway. Come relax and explore the nature coast!

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

Newer 2/2 home on a half acre lot corner lot on a private dirt road. Old Florida location. Privacy from the main road. Approximately 1.5 mile from the main entrance of the river. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Just minutes from the public boat ramp. Golf cart friendly, and there is a walking path to the surrounding area. Conveniently located for all things that Homosassa has to offer. Come sit on the porch and watch all the boats and bikers go by.
