Sweet Lil Blue • Cute and Cozy

This partially above ground basement apartment is cute and cozy. It's decked out with my own photography and local literature. Clean linens, basic toiletries, basic condiments, coffee and tea are there for you. I know this city and can recommend all the great things for whatever your heart desires. Located close to all amenities, on main bus routes and only a 9 minute drive from the airport! Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Quidi Vidi Lake and a 15 minute trot to the east end of downtown. (Not recommended for people over 6ft tall!)

This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

It is beautifully decorated by the boutique Cupboard Up which is located on the Prescott St. side of the building. It is in the heart of the A1C postal code which has the most artists in the country. Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.

You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.
