This spacious beauty is being restored to its original Midcentury Modern glory!The main levels of the home are completely renovated with exception of new flooring in the bedrooms and are as pictured.The well appointed kitchen has all typical appliances. This elegant home provides privacy & seclusion but is minutes from town. There is a large pond behind the home. We have plenty of parking, homemade goodies for breakfast or snacks, stocked coffee bar, and a cozy comfortable environment. We are only 1.4 miles from the U of A, close to downtown Northport and close to restaurants and shopping.
