New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The cottage is about 20 sqm large with small kitchenette (stove 2 plates and fridge with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm downstairs and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and located next to private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and table, comfortable folding sun loungers, parasols, drying rack and private parking.

Cozy and well-appointed year-round summerhouse

Private and cozy holiday home on the north coast of Zealand close to Liseleje and Hundested. Big house and lots of land with all the essentials. Close to beach, eco village, train station and shopping. Dog place and Liseleje are within bike distance and both cities offer great restaurants, plenty of shopping opportunities, fresh fish and cunning specialty shops. In Hundested the harbour is a wonderful mix of diligent boat builders, black-handed blacksmiths, tired fishermen who clean nets, artists with paint on their hands, etc.

Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. 60m2 Holiday home in nice quiet area to the cottage belongs an annex of 12m2. The house is child-friendly with a high chair, cot and cot, both baby and junior duvet, as well as some toys. 10 min to the swimming bridge and really good fishing opportunities in Vellerup Vig, which goes to be one of Zealand's best sea trout places. Good hilly terrain for the cyclists with many varied and hilly routes. Only 15 minutes drive to Hansen ice cream dairy store, as well as some organic farm shops.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
