Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Mini cottage surrounded by the green of the mini Valbruna golf course. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka,toaster ,microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks , toast bread,jams. In the bathroom, shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini golf cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left there is the indication of the mini golf.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village of Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for naturalistic and historical excursions offered by Val Saisera. In the village there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the cottage. A supermarket is 4 kilometers away in the direction of Tarvisio. One kilometer from Valbruna you will find access to the AlpeAdria bike path.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75m2) served us as a residence for 10 years.

The cottage with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.
