Comfortable attic in Sauerland

We rent our lovingly extended attic, which was inhabited by our daughter. In one room there is a cozy sleeping area with a double bed and a brand new TV, in the rest of the room you will find a sitting area with a sofa and armchair and a desk. We also added a new Wi-Fi reinforcement.In a small fridge you can keep food cool. There is also a kettle. A fan in case of heat is available.The room is decorated with laminate. If required, a visitor mattress or a cot can be added! You share the bathroom with us, which is certainly not a problem. Towels are available. The room is located in our large and open-plan family house. Of course, you can also use our kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need and the large dining table in the living area with fireplace. I am happy to make the guests a breakfast for 5€per person. In summer you can also sit in our garden and in front of the door is a private parking space. The location is great for hiking, but you can also walk 5 minutes to a bus stop that will take you to Lüdenscheid city in 10 minutes. There you can visit the sauna village. Not far away is a really good restaurant (walking distance)

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
