Luxurious and comfortably furnished apartment for single use. The accommodation is conveniently centrally quietly located directly on the slopes and ski lift. At the cozy breakfast you can see directly from the windows on the Gerlos plate and on the surrounding mountain ranges unhindered. Here you can ski right up to the door. The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row ) and do everything by foot for the rest of the holiday.

The apartment is located on the high ground floor on the street side on Dorfstraße, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, doctors, walking_cycling and hiking trails. In the village centre (approx. 500m) there are other supermarkets, shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and tourist information.

Die Almhäuser Oscar und Louise, je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, liegen auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Das Gebiet ist absolut schneesicher. Die Lifte sind ca. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt, und zurück können Sie fast bis zum Haus skien. Die Langlaufloipe verläuft 20 Meter unterhalb des Hauses. In der Umgebung sind drei Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein aspaltierter Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an dem Haus, ein Parkplatz pro Haus steht kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 14 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
