Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Tiroler Bergnestl - Dream view near the forest

The Tiroler Bergnestl is a holiday apartment on the lower floor of our single-family home. It can only be reached via an outdoor staircase. You can expect about 48m2 with a Scandinavian feel. Enjoy the view of the mountains. The house was not completed until November 2018. About 100 m above the house you can reach the most popular hiking trails. Also a bus stop for the city and ski shuttle stops 30m next to us. A 30m2 terrace is also only for you :) See you soon in the Bergnestl.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in all important places in no time at all. The ski areas in the Ötztal, Pitztal, Paznauntal and Kaunertal are all within 40 minutes. Imst also has a family-friendly ski and toboggan area.
