"Eccentric" with striped windows to the east and west, a little side by side behind the old willow tree next to the grazing herds. Equipped kitchen, sofa bed, fireplace stove, open bedroom upstairs, terrace overlooking the countryside. The cottage is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. The chalet, newly built in wood construction, was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. Built in a modern style, it meets the highest energetic Requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered porch with new, electrically heated Hot tub has been designed at ground level. Inside you can use the wood-burning stove and make your own sauna (free of charge) cozy . The national park bike path beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

From mid/end November to April only accessible by 4-wheel drive! You can expect a unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest. You will have especially a lot of joy as dog owners with us. Your fur lover can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog meadow. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog meadow. In the living area there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening.
