The apartment on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed in the largest bedroom possibly for children and an open solution for kitchen/with wood-burning stove and heat pump. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment comes with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi, smartTV (no reg. channels). The garden is available by guests upon agreement. Park free v the house.

Nice apartment, central and seaside. Incl parking

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus runs about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbour and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15 minute walk to the University (UIA). Lots of great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with double bed, a single bed, a nice TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a nice small bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost an extra 100kr per day.

Apartment in beautiful Kolbjørnsvik

Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum (5min) flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndag. Nabolaget er svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies ut.

Here you live close to everything, the location is central to both city and southern idyll with good beach opportunities and hiking areas. Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
