Our unit is designed with quality and practicality in mind, with wooden floors. Superb views. The Unit attached to homestead with privacy as much as needed.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size plush $3000 mattress. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities with microwave & fridge. Log burner with wood supplied. BBQ area. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults

Amazing 30-minute walk to Tokata Lighthouse at Nugget Point, viewing platform seals & sealions colony. On the way check out the Yellow Eye Penguins at Roaring Bay. Recommended stay a few days? Check out the wonderful Catlins area, a lot of amazing places to visit, bush walks at Kaka Point. Amazing waterfalls the Mclean, Matai & Purakaunui.
