From the chalet de Zeemeeuw you have a view of the sea dike and the farmlands. On a farm path it is 1.5 km. to the dike, there are the salt marshes and under the guidance of a guide you can walk. Groningen is a half hour drive. The chalet is next to our arable farm just outside Pieterburen. PEACE, SPACE and VIEW are the keywords. Built in a barn, this fine room has a private shower and toilet. A 10-minute drive to the Wadden Sea. So not a beach, but dikes with sheep on them. A few spoiled beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for real work. Wake up with cackling chickens under your window. Wood stove heat, with support of an electric heater. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

Comfortable garden house, quietly located in our green wild garden. Plenty of privacy. A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you can reach the boat to Schiermonnikoog in fifteen minutes. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.
