Accommodation including a terrace, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed of 160, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It is very well served by public transport: bus, tram (Schmitt Rector station located at the foot of the building). Accessible directly through the Nantes ring road. Pool, post office, express U, etc. nearby.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
