This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. Our much loved former family home is within a 10 minute walk of both Hereford hospital and the town centre. The house is stylishly decorated with an open plan kitchen/diner, desk space, cosy sitting room and gorgeous private garden to relax in on sunny days. Upstairs there is a king, double and bunk bedroom and a bathroom with bath. Amenities include wifi, board games/puzzles, tv with netflix and a well stocked bookshelf to help yourself to. Permit for 1 car included.

A beautiful newly appointed oak framed studio apartment in the heart of Herefordshire. Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place. Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.
