Changing your public profile location
Guests and Hosts on Airbnb have the option to add their city to Where I live in their public profile. This information may be shown outside of your profile, like in listings or reviews.
We show the location you add to your profile, but never your mailing or full address for your listing or your account.
To edit your public location:
Edit your location on desktop
- Click Profile > Account
- Click Go to profile
- Click Edit profile and click Where I live to update or remove your location
- Click Save and then click Done

- Tap Profile
and then tap Show profile - Tap Edit
- Tap Where I live to update or remove your location
- Tap Save and then tap Done

- Tap Save and then tap Done
Edit your location on mobile browser
- Tap Profile > Account
- Tap Go to profile
- Tap Edit profile and tap Where I live to update or remove your location
- Tap Save and then tap Done
Managing your profile
You can update your Profile whenever you choose. Learn more about managing your profile.
Your current location displayed on profile may not match your country of residence, which is determined automatically by Airbnb.
