Our detached house is located a short walk from the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstead a bunk bed for 2 people), dining kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 1st floor. Enclosed garden , private parking and play area . 4 bicycles are ready and a Canoe (3 people). In the studio at the rear of the house by appointment painting class. Supermarket at 2km. Small campsite supermarket at 500 m, only high season open)

Located between The Hague and Rotterdam, you have the house all to yourself in a quiet residential neighbourhood walking distance from the village centre. Public EV chargers in the vicinity. The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingen beach (5 min.) or the Norwegian beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
