Belle grande maison d'architecte sur sous-sol dans quartier prisé et recherché. Pavillon spacieux, confortable, cosy et chaleureux avec ses 3/4 chambres située à 300 m de Saint-Dizier. La maison fonctionnelle avec tout son confort convient aussi bien à des familles que des voyageurs en déplacement. La maison est proche des commerces du Val d'Ornel (Carrefour, etc...) . La plage "les Sources du Lac" est à 16 km du gîte (20 mn en voiture).

It is located on a non busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with location. At 5 minutes walk there is a grocery store open until 11 pm and right across the bakery. The city centre can be reached in about 10 minutes.
