Spacious and homely apartment in a quiet neighborhood south of the city center. Driving time from Evenes Airport is about 40 min. Stangnes Ferry dock is just nearby. Shopping center (Amfi Kanebogen) and grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. EV charging possible by appointment. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 meters from the apartment. This 30 minute trip is recommended to all. There you get an amazing view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private with own entrance.

Buildings are based on green energy. Heating comes from solar collectors and air-water heat pump. Airy, new and with stunning views to the sea, both summer and winter. Jogging, skiing, Randonee or cross country skiing just minutes from apartment. Jaquzzi/sauna/countercurrent pool/gym. Sauna and jacuzzi is ONLY available for more than 2 nights rental and max 2 hours per day. Gas/wood grill. Fishing possibilities by boat in the sea or fresh water in agreement with the landlord. Parking outside the apartment.

My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eateries. You will love my place because of the region in the middle of Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad, , the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfortable bed. My place is great for couples, traveling alone, and furry friends (pets).It's also a quiet neighborhood, without the heavy traffic noise as this isn't on the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Cozy little apartment by a road. Walking distance to shop and kiosk, and a short way to the city center. Close to nature with nature trail and path by the sea. Bus stop in the vicinity. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom, Outer and intermediate and common laundry room. Parking for a passenger car. Landlord lives on the first floor above and is readily available for any questions.
