Upscale Sea-View Loft with Sauna in Heart of Town

Glide from bedroom, to sauna, to open terrace at a sophisticated apartment with striking contemporary flourishes. Windows soar to 5m-high ceilings, and circular mirrors sparkle in the light. Parquet floors and fluffy textiles add depth and warmth. Please notice that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space due to COVID-19 to make sure our guests feel comfortable. Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request. Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. The stylist loft style apartment is located in hip cool area Noblessner in a quiet courtyard, only a 20min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to Telliskivi Creative City. Noblessner harbour is just there with a scene of great restaurants and bars. You will love waking up in this apartment as it has such a good vibe and creative touch with lots of natural light. All comforts are there as well. The space makes you feel inspired as it’s owned by a local designer who decorated it with all details.

Cosy loft in a perfect location

This charming loft is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy for two (a third can fit on a convertible sofa bed). Relax in the park with a playground, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, visit museums, eat pizza or sushi, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options (from rental to public). There is a possibility of renting bikes from us (max 2).

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Our Loft style apartment is located in the City Centre of Tallinn. A very beautiful Loft with modern comforts and superb location. Across the street starts the Old Town, it’s only in 3 minutes walking distance and you'll get to the harbour in 5 minutes. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter. Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The apartment is best suited for 2 people as an alternative to a hotel room.

Medieval home 2 in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town

Vene 10 complex of buildings was first used as a home by merchant Johan Boleman, 1374. After some merchants the address belonged to different aldesmen who might even live there. The courtyard is like an induvidual fortress and in recently renovated small house you can sense medieval aura. So far has remained winch, which was used to hoist the salt- or corpbags up, and narrow twist staircase. They both find use also today, as well as a huge mantle chimney.
