Our home is close to the centre of Hanmer Springs. It is situated on a private flat rear section with an outlook to the surrounding mountains. You are required to clean this home when you leave and bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Or these can be provided upon request for an additional cost. Just a few minutes walk away is the Hanmer golf course, tennis courts, a children's skate park and playground. The village shops and hot pools are a 10 minute walk along flat streets.

Lovely warm and sunny, 3 bdrm house with great views across to golf course and to the mountains. A quick 15 minute walk into town. Situated on the flat with all day sun. Sit and have a coffee while your watching some golf. Good size deck with outdoor table and bench seats to sit and enjoy the sun, the garden and relax while dining Plenty of firewood for the fire in winter. Our house is located in central Hanmer in the Village Lakes subdivision. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom's 1 and bedroom 4 both have ensuites while the other two rooms share a bathroom. This is a family friendly house and there are plenty of toys and books to entertain your children. In the large kitchen you will find all your home convinces, such as a dishwasher, microwave, nespresso, soda stream, and slow cooker.
