Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
