Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Timed cottage 47 sqm. Kitchen, bedroom with two beds, living room with twin sofa, table, TV, heat pump and fireplace (wood included). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Patio, barbecue grill. Friggebod with bunk bed. Pets only allowed in the friggeboden. Own jetty, rowboat, fishing in the lake. Boat motor and two kayaks can be rented. 3 km to free outdoor swimming, mini golf, 9-hole golf course, off-road tracks and homestead. Scooter and cross-country skiing from the cabin. Lovely place to rest, relax and "recharge".

It is 7 minutes drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into the centre of Östersund. Good bus connections available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 m from the apartment and ICA you will find 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.
