Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new quality apartment is rural modern furnished and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in all seasons.

Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Located directly on the Tyrolean Ache, you can enjoy your vacation here with magnificent creek sounds. Apartment is small and nice and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter you are right by the elevator. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache in a few minutes to the village center and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.
