Enjoy SUPERB SEA VIEWS and a very warm welcome at our cottage, half way down a short cliff in the beautiful Cardigan Bay, 5 minutes from Fairbournes' sandy beach and 20mins from Talyllyn Steam Railway. Our ensuite guest room has a kitchenette & double bed. We promise, the views from your private balcony, will amaze you and yes, dolphins may make an appearance. Firs Cottage B&B,the Conwy Valley

Firs Cottage was built before 1668, it is 4 miles from Llanrwst and on A470 a busy and dangerous road with no footpath so It is not suitable for cyclists or walkers. Guests need their own TRANSPORT!! There are no local taxis. Firs Cottage is a comfortable home for me and my 2 cats, with a large attractive garden. For breakfast I offer a full menu so that you can make your own choice of fresh food. I make all the jams, marmalades and bread. Please tell me of food restrictions or allergies.
