The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between Altem and Modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy due to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed. Each of the two sleeping areas has their own bathroom en suit.

Completed in 2020, and it's a dream come true for me. The trend with less is more I personally learned - first have to and see it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to stay and a loving garden. The well-being of my guests is my priority. My testers, a student and travel friend were all completely satisfied.
