Quiet, close to town, private lockoff with sink, filtered drinking water, mini fridge, new bath with shower and softened water, high speed wireless internet. Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte.
