About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Sunny, quiet, our apartment is 43m2 (463 sq ft), 4th floor (with elevator). Ideal for work , fully equipped, fast connections : 2mn from subways, 12mn to city center, 5mn to train station (direct train link to the airport, Budapest, Prague, etc.). Please note that it is for two persons maximum. The law voted by the Vienna Parliament in December 2023 does not allow us to book for less than 30 days, for which you get a monthly discount! Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Central - quiet - ideally located

Mödling der Speckgürtel of Vienna makes living special for individualists. Enjoy the quiet location centrally located 100 m from the Schrannenplatz public connections within a few minutes walking distance as well as in any direction to the BAB in a short distance. The apartment is brightly newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. Internet and TV included , the large balcony for nice reading hours in fine weather.
