"La Olita" A beautiful, new studio apartment located on the lower level of the "La Ola Alta" residence. A perfect spot to chill out and enjoy everything Playa Guiones has to offer. Walk to everything! Several trails at the front of property will lead you to Beach, shops, cafes, mini marts,yoga studios, and more. Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This Studio unit comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender and toaster; perfect for preparation of a light breakfast and snacks. There is no stove or hotplate for cooking. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.

Casa Adorada is a brand new house located in the center of Guiones, but on one of the quieter streets. The location on our map is accurate, we believe this is the absolute best location in town. Walkable to everything including the beach break (walkable in bare feet if you wish!), every restaurant in town, yoga, even grocery stores. We have a private off street parking spot, a pool, and beautifully landscaped outdoor space.
