It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

We do not charge a cleaning fee and only ask that dishes are washed and put away, and beds are stripped with dirty linens piled in the main living area, and closing instructions are followed.

Fenced in area for dogs. 45 mins to Colorado Springs, minutes to the National Monument and National Forest. The hot tub is set privately and in the perfect spot to see a full-spread view of Pikes Peak. The lot is filled with large boulders and a forest of pine and aspen trees.
